Construction :
Th e hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester based 70% PVC with 30% NBR . The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn.
The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding
between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.
Feature :
UV resistance, lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hose.
Resist abrasion and weathering, Resi t kinking and stretching while in service.
More economic solutions replace NBR layflat hose and TPU layflat hose in some cases.
Application:
Suitable for use and recommended for industrial and agriculture applications in: Dewatering and operations, Frac water transfer, Distribution of slurry and manure as fertilizer. Fuel, oil and chemical transfer.
